A United Way workplace campaign unites employees throughout a company and gives them an opportunity to donate, volunteer and fight for causes that matter to them. You can see the results right here in our hometown, even as you're part of a larger mission to support the education, health and financial stability of every person in every community, no matter where they live.

Your workplace campaign is about more than raising money for worthy causes, it strengthens connections between employees and their community. In 2017 43 vital community programs were funded by United Way of Franklin County thanks to the investments you made. There are many advantages to running a United Way workplace campaign:
    • United Way offers a simple, convenient and efficient way for your employees to support the community.
    • Your employees give in a way that works best for them, such as payroll deduction or a one-time gift online or        
       through a paper pledge form.
    • Help your company to achieve its Corporate Social Responsibility goals.
    • Your employees will be able to access dozens of volunteer opportunities through Volunteer United.
Through a workplace campaign, your employees will see their donations turn into programs and services that create a positive effect in people's lives. When they see the impact made in Franklin County, they will know your organization helped make a difference and instills pride in our collective accomplishments.
